Buckners Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, if any, whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on March 19, 2026, a Complaint was filed in the matter of Union Savings Bank. v. Larry D. Buckner's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, if any, et al., Case No. 2026 CV 0295, in the Court of Common Pleas of Greene County, Ohio, Greene County Courthouse, 45 N. Detroit St., Xenia, OH 45385, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Larry D. Buckners Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, if any, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at , , and known as Parcel Number B42-0003-0021-0-0019-00. A complete legal description of the property may be obtained from the Greene County Auditors Office, located at 69 Greene St., # 200, Xenia, OH 45385.
