By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale IN THE COMMISSIONERS' HEARING ROOM, Basement of the Courthouse, in YOUNGSTOWN, in said County, on TUESDAY, MARCH 31 A.D. 2026 AND TUESDAY, APRIL 14 A.D. 2026 (***SEE BELOW) at 1:30 o'clock, P.M., on said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit: PROPERTY LOCATIONS: 1018 Overland Ave, Lot No. 10058 and Overland Ave, southerly 95 feet of Lot No. 10057 (vacant lot), Youngstown, Ohio 44502. PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 53-054-0-462.000 and 53-054-0-463.000. ***If such parcel does not receive a sufficient bid at the initial sale, it shall be re-advertised and offered for sale again, without appraisal and according to law, in The Daily Legal News. MINIMUM BID: $65,414.54 plus interest accruing daily, plus court costs, administrative costs, accrude taxes, penalities, interest and charges.
