Nuisance Abat€ment Municipat Court Franktin County, Ohio Case No. 2024 eVH 6061 1 - City of Cotumbus, Ohio, Ptaintlff vs. Reat Property 620 Lock Avenue, et at., Defendants Sheita Steward, Deceased, whose last known address is 620 Lock Avenue Cotumbus, OH 43207 AND Heirs or Devisees of Sheila Steward, Deceased, whose tast known address is 620 Lock Avenue Cotumbus, OH 43207, but whose current addresses are unknown, are hereby notified that a comptaint was filed in the Franktin County Municipat Court, 375 S. High St., Cotumbus, OH 43215 atteging that Sheita Steward, Deceased and Heirs or Devisees of Sheita Steward, Deceased are the owners of the premises known as 620 Lock Avenue Cotumbus, OH 43207, parcel number A1O-114243; that said premises is a pubtic nuisance; wherefore Ptaintiff demands that the premises tocated at 620 Lock Avenue Cotumbus, OH 43207 be dectared a public nuisance, an injunction, that if the defendants and any successors in interest or titte fail to abate the nuisance, then ptaintiff may abate the nuisance, that the defendants be made jointly and severally liabte for the costs to ptaintiff for abating the nuisance, a receiver be appointed, costs, attorney fees, and such further equitabte and other relief as the Court determines Plaintiff to be entitted. Defendants are further notified that a Status Confersnce has been scheduted for May 7, 2026 at 9:30a.m. in the Franktin County Municipat Court, Environmentat Divislon, Courtroom 15A, 375 S.
