The Village of Richfield Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at 4410 W. Streetsboro Road at 6:00PM on February 25, 2026 to consider: Case No. 01-2026 Requests for the property located at 4219 High Street: • A variance from Section 1189.29(a)(5) to permit a proposed addition that is not compatible with the principal structure and context; • A variance from Section 1189.29(a)(8) to permit an addition to be placed at an angle less than 90 degrees to the main structure; and • A variance from Section 1189.29(a)(4) and 1189.29 (a)(11) to permit the use of windows on an addition that are not of the same shape and proportion to the existing home.
