Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., Plaintiff vs. Leah C. Lane, et al., Plaintiff vs. Leah C. Lane, et al., Defendants. Leah C. Lane, whose last place of residence is known as 188 Hermann Street, Barberton, OH 44203 but whose present place of residence is unknown and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Leah C. Lane, whose last place of residence is known as 188 Hermann Street, Barberton, OH 44203 but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on December 2, 2025, Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. CV-2025-12-5761 in the Court of Common Pleas Summit County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, Leah C. Lane and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Leah C. Lane, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 188 Hermann Street, Barberton, OH 44203, PPN #0104780.
