Cowan (last known address: 2935 Vincent Road, Silver Lake, Ohio 44224), whose address(es) cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on July 22, 2025, Kristen M.
