Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., Plaintiff vs. James M. Stafford aka James M. Stafford, Jr., et al., Defendants. James M. Stafford, III, whose last place of residence is known as 1071 Clayton Lane, APT 1217, Austin, TX 78723 but whose present place of residence is unknown, Unknown Spouse, if any, of James M. Stafford, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 4615 Rock Cut Road, Norton, OH 44203, PPN #4604747. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
