EDEN and JOHN DOE CASE NO: 2026JCV00113 NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR CUSTODY TO: JOHN DOE, UNKNOWN ADDRESS You are hereby notified that on the 5th day of February 2026, Ruby M. Smith filed in this Court a Complaint for Custody of Grace Smith, a minor, whose date of birth is 07/01/2022. This Court, located at 110 Central Plaza South, Canton, Ohio 44702, will hear the matter on the 30th day of March 2026, at 10 o'clock A.M. If you are the biological father and wish to establish parental rights, you must take action to do so, including possible genetic testing pursuant to Ohio Revised Code § 3111.38. You are required to file an Answer or responsive pleading within 28 days of this Notice. All pleadings must be filed with the Clerk of Courts, Stark County Court of Common Pleas, 110 Central Plaza South, Suite 210, Canton, Ohio 44702, with a copy served upon Teresa R.
