LEGAL NOTICE The Defendant, Double D Developers, LLC, whose last known address is 4086 Milo Road NW, Carrollton, OH 44615, will please take notice that on the 3rd day of December, 2025, Treasurer of Stark County, Ohio, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the case for the foreclosure of tax lien encumbering the following property as set forth below: Known as and being Permanent Parcel No. 206576, located at vacant lot at Lincoln Avenue NW, Canton, OH 44708, Stark County, further described in the Preliminary Judicial Report filed with the Stark County Clerk of Courts. This foreclosure proceeding is captioned, Alexander A. Zumbar, Treasurer of Stark County, Ohio v. Double D Developers, LLC, et al., Case No. 2025CV02594, Stark County Court of Common Pleas, Stark County Courthouse, Canton, Ohio, and requests that this real estate to pay delinquent real estate taxes.
