City of Alliance Planning & Development Committee NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING A Meeting of the City of Alliance Planning & Development Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 20, 2026 at 9:00 am and February 24, 2026, at 3:00 pm in the 2nd Floor Conference Room of the City Administration Building, 504 East Main Street, Alliance Ohio. To discuss the FY-2026 potential projects including those from subrecipients received at the City of Alliance Planning & Development Department. This meeting is required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development to receive the federal funding for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. Monies granted must meet one of the following National Objectives set by HUD: Benefit low to moderate income persons; to eliminate or prevent blight and slum; urgent need. Public comments will be accepted prior to the start of the meeting, no later than 9:00 am February 20, 2026, at the following email address: wearstlerpe@allianceoh.gov.
