The Montgomery Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on March 3, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at the Township Garage located on Davis & Middle Rowsburg Roads. Shane Workman & Tammy Huffman, 1174 CR 1175 Ashland, Ohio 44805, are requesting the hearing with the Montgomery Township Board of Zoning Appeals to apply for several variances and a conditional use permit; 1) To construct an accessory building, on a non-conforming property, a property less 1-1/2 acres, 2) To construct that accessory building, not in the rear yard of the property, 3) To construct that building with less than the required set-back from the center-line of the road, 4) To construct that building with less than the required set-back from the side property line, and 5) To apply for a variance and a Conditional Use permit to operate a Class II home occupation.
