NOTICE OF SALE UNDER JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE OF LIENS FOR DELINQUENT LAND TAXES Revised Code Section 5721.191 In the Court of Common Pleas, Ashland County, Ohio Case No. 24-DLD-005 In the Matter of Foreclosure of Liens for Delinquent Land Taxes Angela McQuillen, Treasurer of Ashland County, Ohio, Plaintiff vs. Robert Michalski, et al., Defendants. Whereas, judgment has been rendered against certain parcel(s) of real property for taxes, assessments, penalties, costs and charges as follows: LOCATED: 23 Chapel Street, Savannah, Ohio 44874 PPN: A04-082-0-0006-00 LOT: R=82 Lot 150 A complete description of the property is available in the lobby of the Ashland County Sheriff's Office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. It will also be available at the time of the sale. Whereupon, the Court further finds that a valid amount of taxes, assessments, penalties and interest appearing due but unpaid on the unredeemed delinquent land tax certificate as set forth in the Complaint is Fourteen Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Five and 50/100 Dollars ($14,175.50) and the court costs, together with all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest payable to the date of the sale on the premises as set forth in the Complaint.
