LEGAL NOTICE The Director of Public Service will accept proposals on or before 2:00 PM local time, 3/6/2026, for three separate housing development sites: 280107, 280210 and 5219650. Proposals not received on or before the due date and time will be disqualified. Submit all proposals to the City of Canton Purchasing Department, 218 Cleveland Avenue SW, Purchasing Department/Fourth Floor, Canton, Ohio 44702 according to the instructions in the Request for Proposals posted on the City of Canton Purchasing Department website at http://cantonohio.gov/purchasing/. Each proposal must contain the full name of every person or company participating in the proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal(s) deemed most beneficial to the City. The bidder is responsible for monitoring the City's website for any official addenda. Please contact Director of Purchasing Andrew Roth at Andrew.roth@canton ohio.gov if you have any questions regarding this RFP.
