SERVICE BY PUBLICATION To: Unique Fitch, whose last known address is 1401 21st Street N.E., Canton, Ohio 44714: You are hereby notified that you have been named a Defendant in a legal action captioned Clifton Cottrell, et al v. Unique Fitch, et al in the Stark County Court of Common Pleas located at 115 Central Plaza N., Canton, Ohio 44702. This action has been assigned Case Number 2025 CV 00885 and assigned to Judge Frank Forchione. Unique Fitch, whose last known address is 1401 21st Street N.E.., Canton, Ohio 44714, but whose address other than as set forth is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom Service of Summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on April 16, 2025, Clifton Cottrell and Tammy Cottrell filed their Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Stark County being Case Number 2025 CV 00885 seeking judgment against you for damages suffered by the Plaintiffs directly and proximately caused by your negligence on or about April 17, 2023, when you did negligently operate a motor vehicle for reasons including, but not limited to, traveling at an unsafe speed, failing to keep a proper lookout, failing to yield the right of way, and in violation of applicable statutes, codes, and ordinances and in such a manner as to forcibly strike a motorcycle being operated by Plaintiff, Clifton Cottrell, in the Township of Plain, County of Stark, State of Ohio. Said above named Defendant will further take notice that he is required to answer the Complaint on or before the 24th day of April, 2026 or within 28 days of the last date of publication of this notice which will be published once each week for six successive weeks. The last publication will be made on the 27th day of March, 2026 and the 28 days for answer will commence on that date.
