LEGAL NOTICE IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF STARK COUNTY OHIO The Home Loan Savings Bank Plaintiff vs. Atlas Ohio RE LLC, et al. Defendants Case No. 2025CV02324 Complaint for Foreclosure The Plaintiff, The Home Loan Savings Bank, prays for judgment against the Defendants, Atlas Ohio RE LLC, Stefan Daniels, Patrick J. Egan, Carole A. Egan and The Unknown Tenants of 3130 13th Street NW, in the amount of $115,790.11 plus interest; that the mortgage be foreclosed and the equity of redemption of the Defendant, Atlas Ohio RE LLC, and all persons claiming through the Defendant, Atlas Ohio RE LLC, or otherwise, be foreclosed and forever barred; that the liens be marshaled; that said real property be sold free and clear of all claims and interests of all Defendants in this action and the amount due said Plaintiff be paid out of the proceeds of such sale; that the Plaintiff recover the costs of this action and for such other and further relief in law and in equity as might be necessary and proper. You are to answer the complaint within 28 days after the last date of publication of this notice which will be published once a week for 3 consecutive weeks.
