By virtue of an ORDER OF SALE issued by the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas of Stark County, Ohio, and to me directed I will offer for sale  at public auction on Monday, March 2, 2026 at 10:00 AM ONLINE at https://stark.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov, the following described real estate, to wit:
