LEGAL NOTICE Eric P. Miller whose last place of residence/business is 4141 Shepler Church Avenue Southwest, Canton, OH 44706, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Eric P. Miller whose last place of residence/business is 4141 Shepler Church Avenue Southwest, Canton, OH 44706, and The Unknown Heirs at Law or Under the Will, if any, of Larry A. Miller, Deceased, whose last place of residence/business is unknown, but whose present place of residence/business is unknown will take notice that on December 3, 2025, KeyBank National Association filed its Complaint in Case No. 2025CV02585 in the Court of Common Pleas Stark County, Ohio, 115 Central Plaza North Suite #101, Canton, Ohio 44702, alleging that the Defendant(s) Eric P. Miller, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Eric P. Miller, and The Unknown Heirs at Law or Under the Will, if any, of Larry A. Miller, Deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Permanent Parcel Number: 209519; Property Address: 2932 Fletcher Avenue Northeast, Canton, OH 44705. The legal description may be obtained from the Stark County Auditor at 110 Central Plaza South, Suite 220, Canton, Ohio 44702, 330-451-7357. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
