ENGLAND, DECEASED, 5704 NELLA AVE. NW, NORTH CANTON, STARK COUNTYPROBATE COURT, CASE NO. 254526 You are hereby notified that the decedent died on August 28, 2025, that the decedent's Will was admitted to probate by Court located at 110 Central Plaza South, Suite 501, Canton, Ohio 44702 on December 23, 2025. This notice is given to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate and to all legatees and devisees named in the Will who did not waive notice. An Application to Probate Will and an Application to Relieve Estate from Administration has been filed by Neil H. Maxwell, Attorney for the Estate in the Stark County Probate Court.
