CARROLL COUNTY BIDDING NOTICEINVITATION TO BIDCARROLL COUNTY CR 54 PAVEMENT RESURFACINGCAR CR 54 1.17 | PID# 122476Sealed bids, in accordance with Carroll County's plans and specifications for the CARROLL COUNTYCR 54 PAVEMENT RESURFACING, PID# 122476 in Carroll County, Ohio, will be received at theCarroll County Engineer's Office, 200 Kensington Road NE, Carrollton, Ohio 44615, until 9:00 am localtime on February 26, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bids shall be submittedin a sealed envelope plainly marked:BID – CARROLL COUNTY CR 54 PAVEMENT RESURFACINGCAR CR 54 1.17PID# 122476Specifications and other contract documents are on file for review at, and copies of same may be ob-tained from: Carroll County Engineer's Office, 200 Kensington Rd NE, Carrollton, Ohio 44615 (Phone330-627-2345).The Engineer's Estimate for this project is: $353,663.50Construction Work shall be completed 120 Calendar Days after date of Notice to Proceed.Each bid shall be in conformity with the Ohio Revised Code and all bids and certificates shall be uponthe forms furnished with the specifications. All bids shall be delivered to the offices of the Carroll Coun-ty Engineer at or prior to the date and hour specified for receiving bids.In the case of corporations not chartered in the State of Ohio, the bid shall be accompanied by a propercertificate of the Secretary of State, certifying that such corporation is authorized to do business in Ohio.The EDGE Goal for this project is: 6%.Each bidder shall be in current good standing on the Ohio Department of TransportationPre-qualified Contractors List kept by the Office of Contracts.Construction work shall be subject to the prevailing wage rates established by the Ohio Depart-ment of Industrial Relations.The Board of Commissioners of Carroll County reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive anyinformalities or irregularities in the bids received which is deemed most favorable to the County at thetime and under the conditions stipulated.The Commissioners further declare that they will award the contract for this project to the lowest andbest bid, which may not necessarily be the lowest bid.
