Bid documents are ONLY available on the e- Procurement Housing Agency Marketplace ("Marketplace") located at ha.internationaleprocurement.com. If you have any problems in accessing or registering on Marketplace, please call customer support at (866)526-9266.  A pre-bid site visit will be Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST, starting at 1600 Kansas Avenue, Lorain, OH 44052. Questions are due Wednesday March 11, 2026, by 2:00 PM ET.
