ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Sharonville Sharonville, Ohio Cornell Road Improvements Bids for the Cornell Road Improvements project will be received by the City of Sharonville at the City Building, 10900 Reading Road, Sharonville, Ohio 45241, until Monday, March 2, 2026 at 10:00 a.m local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Repaving Cornell Road from Maple to Allenhurst. New sidewalk on the south side of Cornell from Parfour to Allenhurst, including retaining wall, drive culverts, guardrail replacement, grading, and storm sewer work. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found and downloaded at the following website: choiceoneengineering.com/projects-out-for-bid. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the City Building, 10900 Reading Road, Sharonville, Ohio 45241. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
