Request for Qualifications for Professional Engineering Services Notice is hereby given that the Deerfield Regional Storm Water District (District) is seeking Statements of Qualification for firms interested in providing professional engineering services for a range of District projects. The District manages construction services for a wide range of Township properties, facilities, and public infrastructure. The District is seeking to improve the delivery of the design of these projects by establishing a pre-qualified list of professional consultants. The list will allow the District to streamline the qualification and award process for projects where the engineer fees are less than $50,000.00. The pre-qualified list will expedite District projects including, but not limited to sewers, storm drains, pipes, culverts, paving, roadway, street construction and re-construction; sidewalks, pathways, trails, and streetscapes; street lighting, underground electric, electrical systems; retaining walls; and public facility improvements and design.
