26-009-ITB L3 Harris P25 Radio System Core Replacement NOTICE TO BIDDERS Pursuant to the provisions of KRS 424.260, the Kenton County Airport Board (Owner) will receive competitive sealed bids for the L3 Harris P25 Radio System Core Replacement project atthe Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (Airport) located in Boone County, Kentucky (the "Project"). Bids will be received no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 5, 2026. No bids will be accepted after that time unless extended pursuant to an addendum issued by the Owner. This Project is for replacement of the hardware and software required to complete the core replacement of KCAB's existing L3 Harris P25 Radio System. The scope includes providing the necessary hardware and software components, integration and configuration, testing and acceptance, associated documentation and deliverables, and project coordination. Further detail and copies of the bidding documents may be downloaded from https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cvgairport. The Owner, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid or bid guaranty, to reject any or all bids, to award or refrain from awarding a contract for the work, and to negotiate with the apparent qualified responsible bidder to such extent as may be beneficial to the Owner.
