PUBLIC NOTICE FOR NOTICE OF INTENT LHPYC, LLC, 11042 State Route 56, Aurora, IN 47001 is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under the Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Lighthouse Point Landing Phase 1, 11042 State Route 56, Aurora, IN 47001.
