Public Notice for Virta Stream Mitigation Bank ? Northern Kentucky I Project Notice is hereby given that The Virta Group, 449 Daylilly Court, Shelbyville, Kentucky 40065, has filed an application with the Energy and Environment Cabinet to conduct stream restoration activities through placing and grading clean fill along a series of ephemeral, intermittent and perennial streams that flow to Woolper Creek. Stream restoration activities include 2,132 feet of perennial stream; 2,881 feet of intermittent stream; and 2,586 feet of ephemeral stream. The site is located just west of Burlington, Kentucky and north of the western terminus of Easton Lane in Boone County.
