The Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) released its FY2026-2027 Annual Plan on January 26, 2026, and is accepting written comments. Pursuant to Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998, CMHA's Draft FY2026-2027 Annual Plan, supporting documents, and proposed updates for the upcoming year are available for public inspection online www.cintimha.com/annual-plan OR during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) at the following Management Office locations: 1627 Western Ave (CMHA Campus) 1635 Western Ave (CMHA Campus) 1088 Liberty St (CMHA Campus) 1044 Liberty St (CMHA Campus) 1621 Linn St (Stanley Rowe) 595 Strand Lane (Findlater) 601 Maple Ave (Maple Tower) 3357 Beekman St (Millvale) 3700 Reading (Redding) 4848 Winneste Ave. (Winton Terrace) 6349 Beechmont Avenue (Scattered Sites) 784 Greenwood Avenue (The President) CMHA requests written comments no later than Wednesday, March 11, 2026, by close of business to 1627 Western Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45214 or by email to lynn.stephens@cintimha.com.
