LEGAL NOTICE The Union Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on, case #2-26-O, a proposed Overlay District plan under the Union Township Zoning Resolution adopted on the third day of November, 1959, submitted by: Kirk Ware, RKC. Said hearing will be held at 6:00 PM, Tuesday, March 10th, 2026 at the Union Township Civic Center, 4350 Aicholtz Road, Cincinnati, OH. The affected property—which is zoned Business and Single Family Detached (B-1 & R-2)— is located at 801 and 805 Ohio Pike, three-hundred feet (300') SW of the Ohio Pike and Glen Este-Withamsville Road intersection, on Parcel(s) # 41-32-19.-042. and 41-32-19.-101. The matter consists of a proposed redevelopment of pre-existing, non-conforming lands, buildings, and structures in combination, in order to accommodate conversion of the subject property into an Office and Trade Services use. The person responsible for giving notice of the public hearing by publication is Ronald B.
