Request for Proposals for the Sale and Development of City-Owned Property CITY OF MOUNDSVILLE WV LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE: The City of Moundsville hereby gives notice of its intent to seek proposals from interested parties in response to this Request for Proposals for "RFP for Sale & Development of City-Owned Property." This RFP is for the sale and mixed use-commercial development of the properties at 201, 227, and 229 Jefferson Avenue, Moundsville, WV 26041. This property is in the Historic Business District. To be considered, interested respondents must hand deliver or mail all requested materials by Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. (EST). All proposals must be sealed and addressed to: Rick Healy, City Manager, City of Moundsville, 800 6th Street, Moundsville, WV 26041. (Emailed or faxed submittals will not be accepted). ALL SUBMITTALS MUST INCLUDE: ? One (1) original and 1 (one) copy of the proposal; each marked accordingly as "original" or "copy." ?
