LEGAL NOTICE: Case No. 24CV-6705. Motorists Mutual Insurance Co., et al., Plaintiffs, vs. JBL Roofing & Construction Inc., et al., Defendants. Defendant Brandon Davis, dba BKD Consulting, whose last known address is 111 East Pearl Street, Willard, OH 44890, will take notice that JBL Roofing & Construction, Inc., filed its Third-Party Complaint against Defendants Brandon Davis, dba BKD Consulting, and Zachary Warren in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215 for breach of contract, seeking damages, interest, court costs, attorney fees, and any other equitable relief. Defendant Brandon Davis, dba BKD Consulting, is required to answer the Third-Party Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
