LEGAL NOTICE: Case No. 25CV-1452. BMI Federal Credit Union, Plaintiff, vs. Tyler W. Snyder, aka Luna Lester, Defendant. Defendant Tyler W. Snyder, aka Luna Lester, whose last known address is 1662 Kaiser Dr., Reynoldsburg, OH 43068, will take notice that Plaintiff has filed a Complaint for breach of contract and for replevin in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking a judgment for the balance of the unpaid loan, expenses, interest, court costs, attorney fees, and any other equitable relief including possession of the subject vehicle. The Defendant is required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
