TEMPORARY COMMITMENT HEARING. Case No. 25JU-4851: In the Matter of Megren Kami, et al. Mahashur Kami, the father of Megren, Marina, and Mayos Kami, whose last known address is ICE Detention Facility, 110 Fifth Ave., Youngstown, OH 44503; and John Doe, the unknown alleged father of Megren, Marina, and Mayos Kami, whose last known address is unknown, are notified that a Motion to Extend Temporary Custody has been filed in the Juvenile Branch of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin County, Division of Domestic Relations, 373 S. High Street, Columbus, OH 43215, requesting that the minor chil(ren) who is/are neglected, abused, and/or dependent, remain in Children Services' custody. You are commanded to appear before said Court for a hearing on the March 9, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. before Magistrate Thompson at 373 S. High St., 5th Floor, Columbus, OH 43215. The Court will appoint an attorney to any indigent party. You can apply in person on the 5th floor of 373 South High Street from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. during regular business hours, or over the phone by calling (614) 525-3248 during those same hours. You are advised that the granting of temporary custody of the above-named child will cause removal of the child's legal custody from the parent(s) until the Court terminates the order of temporary commitment or until permanent custody divests the parent(s) of parental rights.
