Permanent Commitment/ PPLA Hearing. Case No. 23JU-10009: In the Matter of Kaiylinn Pryce. John Doe, the unknown alleged father of the minor child, and Horace Williams, the alleged father of the minor child, whose last known addresses are unknown, are hereby notified that a Motion for Planned Permanent Living Arrangement (PPLA) has been filed in the Juvenile Branch of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin County, Division of Domestic Relations, 373 S. High Street, Columbus, OH 43215, requesting that Kaiylinn Pryce who is neglected, abused, and/or dependent, be removed from the parents' or legal custodian's care. You are commanded to appear before said Court for a hearing on the permanent custody of said child on March 4, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. before Magistrate Kelley at 373 S. High St., 5th Floor, Columbus, OH 43215. The Court will appoint an attorney to any indigent party. You can apply in person on the 5th floor of 373 South High Street from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. during regular business hours, or over the phone by calling (614) 525-3248 during those same hours.
