FORECLOSURE NOTICE: Case No. 25CV-7640. Freedom Mortgage Corp., Plaintiff, vs. Kelsey Marie Lynn Sly, et al., Defendants. The Defendant, Remel Charles Barbee, whose last known address is 2491 Griffin Gate Ln, Unit 205, Columbus, OH 43219, will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215; seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 1084 Northfield Place South, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068, Parcel No. 060-004584-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, attorney fees, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
