The Bank of New York Mellon, fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificate Holders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2005-3CB, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-3CB, Plaintiff, vs. Robert A. Kemper, et al., Defendants. The Defendant, Ameriquest Mortgage Company, whose last known address is 5753 East Santa Ana Canyon Rd., #G-609, Anaheim Hills, CA 92807, will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215; seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 3378 Central Ave., Urbancrest, OH 43123, Parcel No. 161-000262-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, attorney fees, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
