FORECLOSURE NOTICE: Case No. 25CV-7732. Tower DB XIII Trust 2023-1, Plaintiff, vs. Jafar Ahmed, et al., Defendants. The Defendants, Jafar Ahmed and Julia Doe, the unknown spouse, if any, of Jafar Ahmed, whose last known address is 315 Pecan Ct., Pickerington, OH 43147, will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215; seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 4145 E. Virginia Circle, Whitehall, OH 43213, Parcel No. 090-006327-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, attorney fees, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims, or for title to transfer to Plaintiff. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
