Neer and their Unknown Spouses and Creditors, et al., Defendants. The Defendants, John Doe(s), Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Beneficiaries of Robert E. Neer and their Unknown Spouses and Creditors, whose last known address is unknown; and the unknown spouse of Robert E. Neer, whose last known address is 4165 Saturn Road, Hilliard, OH 43026; and Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, whose last known address is Attention Legal Department, 2001 Jefferson Davis Highway, Suite 901, Arlington, VA 22202, will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 4165 Saturn Rd, Hilliard, OH 43026, Parcel No. 200-001859-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, attorney fees, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims.
