The City of Columbus is initiating a public comment period for a Substantial Amendment to the 2024 Annual Action Plan. The Action Plan outlines goals and projects for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development grants. Included are the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership (HOME) Program, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Program and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG).
