IN THE COMMON PLEAS COURT OFHANCOCK COUNTY, OHIOJUVENILE DIVISION IN RE:YESENIA PEREZ, DOB: 11/21/2008ALEXANDER HERNANDEZ, DOB: 01/12/2011VICKY PEREZ, DOB: 07/26/2012IKER PEREZ, DOB: 07/30/2014ALLEGED NEGLECTED & DEPENDENT CHILDRENCASE NO. 2026 AND 0009-0012 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION Aurencio Perez, the alleged father of Yesenia Perez, date of birth November 21, 2008; Alexander Hernandez, date of birth January 12, 2011; Vicky Perez, date of birth July 26, 2012 and Iker Perez, date of birth July 30, 2014, will take notice that a Complaint and Motion for Pre-dispositional Interim Orders has been filed in the Hancock County Juvenile Court, requesting Temporary Custody by CPSU of the minor children, that said Motion will be heard at a hearing before said Court in Findlay, Ohio on the 9th day of April, 2026 at 3:30 P.M. at the Hancock County Juvenile Court Building, 209 West Main Cross in Findlay, Ohio; and that said parent is ordered to appear on said date and show cause why the Complainant's prayer should not be granted.YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT:1.
