Purchaser is responsible for costs, allowances, and taxes where sale proceeds are insufficient to cover. There was not an inside appraisal of the property. The Sheriff is not liable for the condition of the property. TERMS OF SALE: Minimum Deposit of $5000.00 must be on account with RealAuction prior to bidding (see online sale/bidding instructions).
