Case Nbr: 2022 F 00019 Plaintiff: Premier BankVSDefendant: Christy L Fry In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, and in accordance with ORC 2329.153, I will offer for sale at public auction, https://hancock.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov, at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, the following real estate situated in Hancock County, State of Ohio and City of Findlay of, to wit: Parcel Nbr: 02-0000004770, 02-0000004760, 02-0000004930Property Location: 4417, 4409 & 0 County Road 220 Findlay, OH 45840Legal description for property available at Hancock County Auditor's Office or website at http://regis.co.hancock.oh.us Said property Appraised a t $230,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds that amount. Purchaser is responsible for costs, allowances, and taxes where sale proceeds are insufficient to cover. There was not an inside appraisal of the property. The Sheriff is not liable for the condition of the property. TERMS OF SALE: Minimum Deposit of $10,000.00 must be on account with RealAuction prior to bidding (see online sale/bidding instructions). All money in excess of required deposit will be applied towards purchase price of the property.
