The following is the Legislation passed at a Regular Session of the Council of the City of Findlay, Ohio, held on February 3, 2026 RESOLUTIONS:002-2026 A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO MAKE TAX ADVANCES DURING THE YEAR 2026 PURSUANT TO OHIO REVISED CODE §321.34. 016-2026 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXPENDITURES MADE BY THE AUDITOR'S OFFICE ON THE ATTACHED LIST OF VOUCHERS WHICH EITHER EXCEED THE PURCHASE ORDER OR WERE INCURRED WITHOUT A PURCHASE ORDER EXCEEDING THE STATUTORY LIMIT OF THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3000.00) ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH OHIO REVISED CODE 5705.41(D). 017-2026 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SERVICE SAFETY DIRECTOR TO APPOINT THE DEPARTMENT HEAD FOR THE CITY OF FINDLAY'S PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT TO HAVE SUPERVISORY CONTROL, ASSET MANAGEMENT, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND PAYROLL MANAGEMENT OVER THE LABOR FORCE FOR SEWER MAINTENANCE, WATER DISTRIBUTION AND STORMWATER MAINTENANCE THAT FALL UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT UNDER THE CITY'S CURRENT ORGANIZATIONAL CHART.
