ORDINANCE NO. 8726 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF JUSTIN CORESSEL AS AN ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN FOR THE CITY OF DEFIANCE, OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, the City of Defiance has a vacancy for the position of Engineering Technician; and WHEREAS, Justin Coressel has applied for and been selected for the position of Engineering Technician; and WHEREAS, the position is a full-time, classified position reporting to the City Engineer; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Defiance, State of Ohio: SECTION 1: APPOINTMENT Justin Coressel, is hereby appointed to the position of Engineering Technician for the City of Defiance, effective upon execution of this Ordinance and completion of all pre-employment requirements.
