Notice of Public Hearing The Butler Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026. The hearing will be held at the Butler Township House located at 1481 U.S. Route 127. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 7:00 PM. The Board will hear the following case: BZA-BUTLER-01-2026: A Variance request by Chad Howell from Zoning Resolution Section 302.05 (A) Development Standards, in order to split off +/- 2 acres which is less than the minimum requirement of 20 acres in an Agriculture zone. The purpose of this request is to construct a new single-family home. The subject property is located at 2934 Otterbein-Ithaca Road in Butler Township, Parcel ID D17-0-210-20-00-00-30302 and is zoned A-1 (Agriculture).
