LEGAL NOTICE To: Bidders Subject: Synthetic Outdoor Running Track Surface Replacement Project From: The Board of Education West Liberty-Salem Local School District 7208 US Highway 68 North West Liberty, Ohio 43357 Sealed bids / proposals will be received by the Board of Education of the West Liberty-Salem Local School District at the Administration office at 12:00 noon on Friday March 6th, 2026 and at that time opened by the Treasurer of said board as provided by law for the Synthetic Outdoor Running Track Surface Replacement Project (see bid specs and instructions to bidders for additional information) according to specifications of said Board of Education. Specifications and instructions to bidders are on the school website (wlstigers.org) and also on file in the Treasurers office at 7208 US Highway 68 North, West Liberty, Ohio 43357. If you need to request additional information or have questions, please contact Kraig Hissong at khissong@wlstigers.org. To submit your bid by mail please mail to Chelsea Baldwin, Treasurer West Liberty-Salem Local School, 7208 US Highway 68 North, West Liberty, Ohio 43357.
