Sahil Patel, of 8717 44th St., Lyons, IL, 60535, Monak Patel of 1845 Winding Run Blvd., Dayton, OH, 45457 and Christopher Charles of 7671 Downing Street, Dayton, OH, 45414, are requesting a Conditional Use for the property located at 815 S.
