The proposed amendment was initiated by resolution of the Board of Township Trustees and is designated as case #ZT25-002 by the Township Zoning Department.The proposed amendment would amend the text of the Zoning Resolution including Article 2 – Administration and Enforcement, Article 4 – Zoning Map and Zoning Districts, Chapter 500 – Planned Development District, Chapter 525 – Innovation Planned Development District, and Article 6 – General Development Standards.The text of the proposed amendment will be available for public examination online at jerometownship.portal.iworq.net beginning Wednesday, February 18, 2026; and will be available for examination at the Jerome Township Hall, 9777 Industrial Parkway, Plain City, Ohio, 43064, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from February 18, 2026, through March 3, 2026.
