The object of Plaintiffs' complaint is to obtain court declarations that the reservation of oil and gas rights in the Deed recorded in Guernsey County Deed Records Volume 597, Page 1499 is extinguished pursuant to Ohio's Marketable Title Act; and to obtain a court order quieting title to said oil and gas interest in the names of the Plaintiffs..
