The Defendants, Taylor J Callihan and Unknown Spouse, if any of Taylor J Callihan, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on September 29, 2025, the Plaintiff, PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No. 25CV000420, in the Court of Common Pleas of Guernsey County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 234 S 6th St, Byesville, OH 43723, Permanent Parcel No. 12-0000764.000,("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendants, Taylor J Callihan and Unknown Spouse, if any of Taylor J Callihan are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
