By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale online at Real Auction https://mahoning.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov, in said County, on TUESDAY, MARCH 3 A.D. 2026 AND TUESDAY, MARCH 17 A.D. 2026 (***SEE BELOW) at 10:00 o'clock A.M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit: Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as Youngstown City Lot Numbered Fifty-eight Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-eight (58,368) according to the latest enumeration of Lots in said City, and shown by a Plat Recorded in Volume 37, Plat Record, Pages 13 and 14, Mahoning County Records.
