Scott Krichbaum Case No. 2025 CV 02083 NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUBMIT SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT FOR COURT APPROVAL LEONARD ENTERPRISES, LTD PLAINTIFF, VS. JACKSON TOWNSHIP, ET AL DEFENDANTS. Pursuant to Ohio Revises Code Section 505.07, Plaintiff Leonard Enterprises, Ltd. in the case Leonard Enterprises, Ltd. v. Jackson Township, et al., Mahoning County Common Pleas Court Case No. 2025 CV 2083, herein issued notice of its intent to submit to the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court a Settlement Agreement intended to resolve the litigation, which shall not occur sooner than ten (10) days after publication of this notice. The purpose of the Settlement Agreement is to resolve the litigation between the parties by changing the zoning classification of the property located at 12926 Mahoning Avenue, Parcel ID 50-006-0-019.00-0, from B-1 General Business to I-2 Industrial, and to require Leonard Enterprises to erect a 500-foot sound barrier along the southwest boundary, restrict industrial use along the southwest boundary, and require demolition of the residential structure located on the property.
